About

My name is Rafael Leite and I procrastinate have the habit of digging deep into anything that attracts my attention. Not by chance, I work as a researcher. Luckily for me, with quite some frequency I get interested in the subjects I am paid to research about. It is in these moments that I feel fulfilled.

I have a degree in public administration and in recent years I have developed some expertise in civil service reform issues, although I am interested in many other topics. Occasionally I do consultancy work as a freelance researcher.

I like to talk and write about the things I'm working on! My writings also find a home at A Catedral e o Bazar, a blog where I document my learning journey and share insights. If I've written something you'd like to talk about, or if you're interested in discussing something you imagine would be of my interest, please contact me by email. I can have a good conversations in English, and I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

You can also find me on Twitter, LinkedIn, conspiring on the Portuguese version of Wikipedia, and on Spotify.
